Booking and payment

All bookings are made through our booking platform. Payment is processed at the time of booking via Stripe. The booking is confirmed once payment is completed.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in. Late cancellations are charged the full amount. See your booking confirmation for specific terms.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed. Key information will be sent via email before arrival.

House rules

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. The cabin should be left in the condition it was found upon arrival.

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the cabin or furnishings during their stay. Visit Lyse is not responsible for personal belongings.
