About the property
Småbåtslaboratoriet sits among pink granite cliffs in Lyse. It is a converted small-boat laboratory with an observation tower, the house's original identity, now a home for up to 10 people. In the evening you can grill and bathe in the wood-fired hot tub, with a view over the landscape. About a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach at Halmsund and about 20 minutes to Skalhamn harbour. The kitchen and the rest of the house are fully equipped. The lawn and pond are shared with us or other guests, and Torpet on the same plot may also be occupied. Children must be supervised on the lawn and must not be by the pond without an adult.
